The Mineral and Mineralogical  Museum of Bagnada

     The richness of mineral resourses of Valmalenco has played an important role for the local economy and the scientific research. Thanks to the variety of minerals Valmalenco represents a centre of attraction on an international scale.

Last century the technological development brought great changes in the way of mining; however, all this couldn’t efface the historical memories that the unused talc mine of Bagnada, now a museum,  can evidence today.
